The Village of Elmwood Park is currently undertaking an initiative to inventory all lead service lines within the Village as part of a commitment to meet the requirements of the Illinois Lead Service Line Replacement and Notification Act.

To help facilitate this, we are requesting your help in filling out a survey form and providing photos of the water service line where it enters your home.
